Product Introduction
The YBM series pre-assembled substations are products specially designed and manufactured to meet the needs of domestic users. They feature a compact structure, strong integration, safe and reliable operation and maintenance, ease of maintenance, attractive appearance, small floor area, and convenient mobility. They are widely used in urban and rural power grid renovations and factory and mine distribution systems. Their modular design allows for flexible combination and supports expansion and upgrade.
Main features
The box body shell can be made of various materials such as aluminized zinc plate, steel plate, and composite plate. The inner structure is equipped with insulation materials and has the functions of rainproof and dustproof. The box body is provided with cooling air vents and can adopt natural air cooling or forced air cooling systems for heat dissipation. The shell is made of embedded anti-corrosion wood board or decorative aluminum plate with wood-like patterns. Other decorative materials can be selected according to user requirements to form a landscape-style box transformer.
The transformer can be either a dry-type transformer or an oil-immersed transformer. It is usually arranged in a cross-shaped or inverted V-shaped structure. The high-voltage room is equipped with high-voltage load switches, fuses and lightning arresters, while the low-voltage room contains low-voltage air switches, current transformers and other components. There are various schemes and flexible combinations, and each component realizes the five-prevention function (preventing misoperation) through mechanical interlocking.
The entire station is designed with intelligent technology. The protection system adopts the microcomputer integrated automation device of the substation or the box-type transformer integrated measurement and control device. They are installed separately and can achieve the "four remote" functions. Each unit has an independent operation function. The relay protection is complete, allowing for remote setting of operating parameters and control of the humidity and temperature inside the box, meeting the requirements of unmanned operation.
The substation is equipped with an automatic ventilation control system, which can meet the requirements of hot regions. In case of special requirements, an anti-condensation dehumidification heating automatic control device can be added to meet the special requirements of cold regions.
