Low noise and low loss 

High-quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets are selected, and they are manufactured using automatic shearing and the latest stacking process. This improves the distribution of magnetic flux density within the core, reduces the vibration energy of the core, and effectively lowers noise and losses. 

Strong anti-short-circuit capability 

The coil is wound using high-strength enameled wire (or paper-covered wire), with a pie-shaped structure. The ampere-turn distribution is uniform, the insulation structure is reasonable, and it has a strong ability to resist short circuits. 

Low partial discharge, long lifespan 

The entire production process is carried out in a dust-free environment. All metal and insulating components inside the equipment are rounded off. Vacuum drying and vacuum oil injection are used, resulting in a low partial discharge level of the product. 

No leakage, high reliability 

All the seals are made of acrylic material and are produced using a one-time molding process, without any interfaces. At the same time, they undergo leak tests using fluorescence, positive pressure, and negative pressure methods. 

Intelligent configuration and services 

It can be equipped with "remote measurement, remote signaling, remote control, and remote adjustment" signal thermometers, pressure relief valves, on-load switches, as well as intelligent-related software and hardware, providing support and guarantee for intelligent construction and intelligent operation and maintenance.
