Voltage level 35kV and below, with a capacity of 6300kVA and below. Series of energy-saving amorphous alloy oil-immersed distribution transformers. 

Product Features: 

Low noise and low loss 

The core is made of amorphous strip material. The no-load loss is reduced by more than 40% compared to the oil-immersed transformer of the same capacity, demonstrating a significant energy-saving effect. 

Strong anti-short-circuit capability 

The coil is wound using high-strength enameled wire (or paper-covered wire), with a cylindrical (or toroidal) structure. The turns are evenly distributed and the insulation structure is reasonable, making it highly resistant to short circuits. 

Long service life 

The transformer oil tank adopts a fully sealed structure. The oil tank and the tank edge can be connected by bolts or welded together. The transformer oil does not come into contact with the air, thereby extending its service life. 

High operational reliability and small floor area 

The corrugated tank replaces the oil storage tank. The corrugated sheets can expand and contract according to the change in the volume of transformer oil, isolating the transformer from the atmosphere, preventing the deterioration of the oil and the moisture ingress of the insulation, enhancing the operational reliability and eliminating the need for maintenance during normal operation. 

Intelligent configuration and services 

It can be equipped with "remote measurement, remote signaling, remote control, and remote adjustment" signals, temperature gauges, pressure relief valves, as well as intelligent-related software and hardware, providing support and guarantee for intelligent construction and intelligent operation and maintenance.
