On October 29, 2024, a delegation led by Fu Yongwei, the Secretary of the Communist Party Committee of Jiande City, visited and conducted a survey at Zhejiang Zhongneng Transformer Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongneng"). 

Under the escort of General Manager Ma Ganyi, Secretary Fujiwaki and his delegation visited the company's production workshop and gained a detailed understanding of the product market, production processes, and other related situations. 

Secretary Fuyong Wei proposed that enterprises should leverage their own advantages, actively promote intelligent transformation and digitalization, and continuously enhance their core competitiveness. He emphasized that the economic development zone and relevant departments should facilitate the connection between upstream and downstream industries as well as the supply and demand sides, and proactively provide services for enterprises based on their development needs such as research and development innovation, production manufacturing, and market expansion. 

Since the beginning of the construction of the new factory, the company has made significant investments in the digital production of transformers, aiming to build a digital workshop and an intelligent, green zero-carbon factory. The company has extensively introduced advanced digital production equipment, such as automatic core shearing machines, automatic core laminating machines, three-dimensional storage systems, online automatic testing systems, etc., as well as digital management systems like ERP, WMS, EMS, etc. These equipment have significantly improved production efficiency and product quality. 

By using AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) and RGV (Robotic Guided Vehicle), the efficient transportation and automatic distribution of production materials are achieved, significantly reducing the need for manual labor and enabling efficient production. 

In the next step, we will continue to strive for the production goal of "creating a product with good cost-effectiveness, high quality and high reliability", and aim to "realize the entry of a first-line brand and strive to become a leading enterprise in the industry". We will increase investment in product research and development, and through deepening research and development, the company will be able to introduce more advanced production processes and technologies, optimize the production process, and improve production efficiency and product quality. Such efforts not only help to enhance the company's market competitiveness, but also can establish a unique brand image in the industry, becoming a new highlight and landmark achievement of the company's development.
